I am currently engaged in a project where one of the outputs generated by Alteryx resembles the attached screenshot. The desired functionality is similar to the slicer feature in Excel. Despite my efforts to summarize the data and apply a filter, the output appearance does not align with my expectations. Could someone please advise on how to view the data in a manner similar to the screenshot from Alteryx below? The input data is also provided for your convenience. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
