Get Monthly Flag Columns for a Particular Employee till he gets Terminated or Last Date.

Based on The Employee id, checking the Last Modified date and Employee Status Fields

Get Flag (ie '1') by creating monthly columns for the particular employee (identified by Employee Id) till the employee is present in the organization (Identified by Last Modified Date and Employee Status)

This is my solution for you.

From original data , I made all months list from active date to terminate date at each employee.

After that I merge the original data and all month list by Join tool.
