Based On Employee ID, get Corresponding salary written in the month columns till the last effective date of that employee arises.

Here is a workflow for the task. Essentially on the bottom part I am just generating every month-year from one effective date to the next.

The Joining on the main dataset and cross-tabing to bring it in the correct format.
