Generic Reconciliation analytical app available in community?

Hi,

 

Is there anything out there in the community that is a generic app that can be uploaded to the server that reconciles files.

 

Ie Input file 1, input file 2, clease columns in file 1 and 2, join on this column, apply this formula to check if values are the same are not.
