Geeting error in email tool output

I have added the email id's and run the workflow. It has run successfully with the output expected, added below the snap.

And added few more email ids in email tool email id filed but output has corrupted. the snap below. How to fix this issue.

@sathyaKPMG it could be a number of things. My suspicion is with how the Email tool configuration itself, or if there are any preceding Formula tools that push in to the Email tool. If you are able to, can you provide snips of how these tools are configured within your workflow? As an aside, please obscure any personal information within the data set if it shows up. :)

Until then, I'll attempt to recreate the error.
