I've seen this has been asked several times already, but the solutions for those folks don't seem to work for me.
I run the workflow in the app and it works fine with a flat file. I run it from the Gallery and get "File Upload Error. Requested File Format is not supported".
Can someone help with guidelines on how to fix this?
Might be difficult to troubleshoot this without a good sense of your workflow.
At least, it would be helpful to see the configuration of your File Browse Tool (I assume this is what you're using) and the type of file you're uploading (e.g. CSV, TXT, XLS, XLSX).

I'm attaching the WF where I need to upload a txt file (no delimited) and then split the column in order to extract the ER number. Also, I've attached the file type selected and the layout for flat format.
