Gallery - How to publish so Excel is visible to download from gallery?

Hi,

We recently upgraded to 2022.1.1 and I am not sure if things changed. In the past, when I saved a workflow to the Gallery and selected the checkbox next to the excel file that I wanted to send up to the Gallery (under Manage workflow assets), the user would be able to run the workflow and post completion there was a message at the top prompting them to download the excel file. Is that no longer available? Did configurations change? Please help.

Hi Kristina,

Works the same in 2022.1.

After saving the workflow with the asset checked. Once you run it from the Gallery, click on the job:

And then it will be avalible to download:

Thanks, Cesar. This works. 

It is different from our last version - in the past the excel download was displayed without having to click on the job. After the run was complete there was a green check box with a link to the download.
