Fuzzy Match Tool Outputs Generates Different Results for the Same String

I am trying to clean words in  the field TITLE using a Fuzzy Match tool.  

The Fuzzy Match tool is set to Purge.  See settings below.

The actual data set has 1,500 records.

Below is a sample of the output. 

Notice how

• ELECT generates 2 different outputs ELECTR and ELECTRIC
• ELECTR generates ELECTRIC
• INFO generates INFO and INFO.
• Etc.

Ratcheting the Match Threshold from up or down seems to have very little impact.

Any suggestions?

Can you provide output including the Record ID?

Also, select the options for Output Match Score and Output Generated Keys.  Some words can generate multiple keys.
