the error code 67 suggests a login problem, typically related to authentication or credential issues

Hi, Raj, I already checked those details, but still not working. I see that others in my team are also facing the same issue.
They are facing that issue because your security will not let them automate emails from their local system via that smtp server. You should talk to your IT department.

When checked with our IT support, they confirmed that recently that have restricted sending from individual official email ID's from 3rd party tool and need to use a generic one going forward.
