There is no "Smart Way" really, but you can always check the functions inside the Formula tool and also the help page.

@rohit782192 I think no one can remember all formulas but they can be searched anytime when needed in help documentation pages. The more you practice the more you remember. I would recommend to participate in discussions and weekly challenges to learn and remember.

Honestly, I don't think people will ask the list of formulas in interviews as an experienced user even I couldn't list them all out. But possible questions might be how you do this using formula tool for this you need a lot of practice. I would suggest you to do some weekly challenges.
