Formula to use with and without

Hello,

I need a formula or filter for column service type to not include fed ntt and then another workflow for service type to include ONLY fed ntt.

I tried the filter basic filter service that does not contain fed ntt and it still populated it in output

Are you able to provide sample data or a screenshot of your tool configuration? That might help get a solution faster.

So I figured out how to do the without I did filter service type in fed ntt but now I just want it to output without fed ntt
