Formula that would bring in data for the past three years

Hey guys, So I'm trying to allow the user to select a year which would then select the data relevant to that year and the two prior years. However, I'm struggling a great deal. I have two columns I can work from for this. the "project Code" or the "Datetimeout" variables. Thanks everyone!

have you tried to extract the "Year" separately to New Column and you can filter condition with "Year - 3" (Range) like that.
