Formula that can add All previous columns

Question

Hi All, Can anyone help me out if there is anyway to get value for all periods (Jan - April and subsequent periods too in the future) instead of adding period name every time in Formula tool

We have ALT +/= in excel which gives formula, Just curious if there is any such way to do in Alteryx?
