I cannot select + Add Column in my version of 2018.2.4.47804.

I tried to click on "+" but nothing happened.
I am using alteryx ver 2018.1.3.42973 and facing the same issue frequently and work around specified is also not working from me. Is this issue been rectified in the latest updates or is there any other work around on it.
This is a known defect recognized by Alteryx.
They say it usually happens to someone working with 2 screens.
Solutions:
1. Work only on the main screen
2. Don't show full screen when working on the 2nd.
So far both are working fine with me.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
We faced this problem for people using a single monitor (with older 32 bit laptops) . They just hit the enter button to add column and that worked.
I have a.64 laptop. But I've discovered that Alteryx only behaves this way when I am connected to my company's VPN. If I am not on the VPN it's fine.
I am still seeing this 2018.5. Is there something other than this temporary fix to move to the main monitor planned?

We recently resolved an issue with inconsistent response with clicking on the Formula tool. If there are remaining scenarios in which this issue is happening, we'll want to make sure we resolve those as well.
