Formula Tool: Month and week numbers convert to Date format

Hi all,

This is input data I have 

I am trying to find a solution how to receive this kind of date format by aplying Formula Tool

Year-month-day (2023-01-07) - this date should be Saturdays of every week

I would appreciate for your advice

Here's a series of formulas to find the date you're after.  It finds the first of the month, then the first Saturday of the month, then moves the required number of weeks.
