Formula Creation - If value shows as Null -- i want to replace it with 0.00%

Hi Alteryx Family

I have the following WF -- but I need to change the value that its presented after it complete.  For example if there's no value give -- I'll will like to show as 0.00%  instead of %.

Attached is the input file as well as how the file should look like at the end.

Have you try to use a Data Cleansing tool. One option allows you to replace all null value with zero. Formatting to 0.00% can be done in Excel.
