Format multiple tabs / sheets

Hi All

Need assistance in formatting the different sheets in required format !!

Using Table tool have done the formatting for Data, Header, Border and Table but the output is not as expected for all sheets.

Specially facing issue on Row height and wrapping the table as auto fit.

Below are the criteria is applied, Also want to apply similar settings for all tabs (tried using render tool but not helpful)

For your reference have attached sample input data and required output format, Kindly assist
