Forecasting multiple series of numbers

I attached a very trimmed down version of what I am attempting.

 

Simply put - I want a forecasted value for 2025 for each of these counties (there are 3 in the sample)

I messed around with the TS Model Factory Macro - but could not figure it out.  Then discovered it was a couple of years old.

 

So....wondering if there is a simpler solution.  And it cant be break the 3 out to their separate workflows as I actually have over 3,000 counties to deal with.

 

Any ideas?

I am far from an expert but this is how I would set it up. It will give you intervals and you can run all the counties. Hopefully this helps. Capture.PNG
