Fiscal Month based on the Date

Hi Team

I'm trying to extract the Fiscal Month based on the Wk Begin. I'm having Wk Begin in my data. In 2023, starting 12/25/22 to 27 days will be January and so on. The pattern is for every 27 days starting from 12/25/2022 will be January and so on.

I attached the excel for your reference for 2023 and 2024. 

Can someone help me in extracting the Fiscal Month column based on Wk Begin column.
