Finding specific date of a weekday

Hi,

I have this requirement which iam unable to crack . 

Incoming information is due date . If the due date falls on M, T,W & Th then due date need to be changed to date on Th otherwise if i happens on F,S,Su then due need to be changed to date on next Th . 

Any help is appreciated.

This can be achieved with the help of Formula tool.
