Finding if a service is active throughout multiple financial years

HI 

I'd like to be able to show if a service has ran throughout multiple financial years. 

So if we have a range of service dates: 

SERVICE START	SERVICE END
21/12/2021	15/01/2022
25/01/2021	26/02/2022
01/04/2022
05/11/2022	12/11/2023
03/02/2021	03/02/2023
10/10/2022
10/10/2022
28/11/2016
15/03/2021	03/12/2023
09/12/2021	10/12/2021
09/12/2021	10/12/2021
10/12/2022	26/12/2022
12/07/2023	16/08/2023
16/08/2023	22/08/2023
16/08/2023	25/09/2023
09/10/2023	07/11/2023
07/11/2023
20/10/2021	01/06/2022

(the blank spaces show that the service end is null - so the service is ongoing) 

But I would like to show if a service was running during the UK financial year 2021/22 and 2022/23, and to count how many services have ran in 2021/22 and how many in 2022/23.

Something like this?  I've assumed the financial year runs from 01 April to 31 March.
