Finding Date considering working days

Hi All,

I have today's date in 1 column and counter number.  I am looking for formula or macro which will find me past date considering counter and today's date which should exclude weekends. I am aware of the formula in excel i.e. " =WORKDAY(today date,-counter)". example below.

E.g. today is 7th June 2024 and the counter number is 10.  so the end result should be 24 May 2024 

Today date	Counter	Past Date
7-Jun-24	10	24-May-24

Thanks Raj for the quick solutions and I am near  to crack the solution in my workflow. I need further assistance where if there are multiple dates and counter
