Find value across multiple column and if exist add comment in new column

Hello team,

Attach is the spread sheet in  which I am looking for the value "#NAME!" and if exist in any row, comment "Value Check" should get tagged to row in New column.

Help me with workflow to resolve this.

It was a fun one 🙂 

Thanks to the transpose function it is easy to create a flag but probably there are couple more solutions for this one.

also it would be great if you can help me with workflow to find Null values across multiple column and if exist add flag "Blank Value" in new column.
