Find the value from one column and place it in a new column.

Hi All,

I need help in looking up a value from column "A" (from Sheet 2) in Column "B" (from Sheet 1), and if the match is found return those values with "," separated values and leave the extra records. I have a sample data attached and desired output. Please let me know how this can be solved for a large set of data. Thank you.
