Hi @sriniprad08

Find and replace works for the entire cell, not the first word of the cell Rsale.

It looks for Rsale Mark, Zeg

If you need only the 1word in the Find column needs to be checked, then create a new column with the first word.

Then use find and replace tool.

Many thanks

Hi @ShankerV ,

Thank you for the suggestion and reply. But there is an option any part of the field as well.

Doesn't it work?

"Any Part of Field" refers to the cell you're searching, File1.  It searches for the whole of Find but it can be anywhere in File1.  If you need to find any one of the words, split Find into multiple rows first.
