Find and Replace-Data not needed

Question

Quick question on the find and replace tool. I have a data set that does multiple Find and replaces for a combined search field. For the last find and replace, i am looking for *FIN* and *Finance* because some people shorten finance out while they are typing up the description.  I run into the issue of FIN being picked up as Final, Financial etc  because of the FIN tagging. Any way to fix this where it verifies that the FIN they find is only Finance, anything else like Final should not be tagged?  Workflow below  Thank you again for your help.

In this specific case, if you want to replace the tag "FIN", use the "Match the Whole Word Only" option

Are they uppercased?

You need to check the option "Case Insensitive" too, so you avoid this kind of situation.
