Find Latest Date between the columns!!!

Hi All,

Dates are given in four difference columns, I want to find latest date on those fields. Please advise me how to find that.

Date1	Date2	Date3	Date4		Latest Date
6/14/2024	6/4/2024	6/9/2024	6/11/2024		6/14/2024
6/2/2024	6/12/2024	6/9/2024	6/7/2024		6/12/2024
6/5/2024	6/7/2024	5/31/2024	6/10/2024		6/10/2024

Done! You need to make all of the date field actual date values so the MAX function can work, then I format the date back to its original format
