Hi All: I appreciate if anyone could provide a workflow as follow

My excel file contains millions of lines, of which I would like to extract only the PO number description from the line description column. Please let me know how you can assist .

Here is a regex you can try. This one looks for "PO Number:" with an optional space (because your third record does not have a space after the semicolon) and captures all numbers to the end of the string.

You may have to tweak this for other patterns in your dataset.
