Filter on multiple fields together

Hi, I have a data structured as shown below. I want to apply filter on multiple fields together i.e. I want to extract the fields marked in yellow. I have a fairly large dataset and this exercise needs to be repeated across multiple fields-so don't really want to filter out by the first column and then add in another filter for 2nd column to achieve this output-is there a dynamic way for achieving this ?

@Shaina1 One option is to transpose your data and apply the filter then cross tab the result

Surely could use;

[Type of Activity] = ‘RESOURCE’

AND

[Activities] = ‘Total Actual Headcount’ OR [Activities] = ‘Assigned Headcount’

in your filter.

Apologies, just noticed that you didn’t want two filters and I took that literally as not using 2 filter tools! Ignore my previous post if so.

@Shaina1,

You can use Transpose -> Filter -> Corss Tab:

Hope this helps!
