Fill up and down using a Multi-Row for 3 steps up and 3 steps down.

Good morning, community. I wanted to know how to perform this task. I need to fill 3 steps up and 3 steps down for a field A that has a unique value and a field B that is a single 1 surrounded by nulls. I'll leave you an image. Thank you for your help.
