Fill in the columns with last non zero value

Hi Team,

  I have Prices in columns P01, P02, P03, (monthly) for the whole 2024 (only). I want to fill in the prices till the end of year with last non zero price found within all months. (We cannot have zeros in between, just in the beginning or in the end cause it's contract price and the contract is from.. to..). Any idea how to handle?
