Fill Missing Rows - Stock Forecaster

Hi all,

Building a stock forecaster and I have gaps in data i need to fill. 

Each item has 3 possible rows, "Orders" , "Purchase Orders" "Existing Stock" , however some items are missing one or two of the rows.

Easiest way to fill the rows?  

On a deadline any help appreciated, data example attached.
