Feed Hub Connection

This might be a basic question but I've searched the community and could not find any posts on this.  Is there a way to configure an Input that will directly connect to a file at a Feed Hub location?  If so how is it configured and an example would be great.  Thanks in advance of your reply.

It is an Enterprise File Transfer System the you connect to via a url, the credentials you use have access to a folder location where files can be uploaded to or pulled from.  thanks
