Faster way to edit existing workflow

Question

Apologies if this has been covered.  I'm a new user fyi.  Have inherited some large-ish workflows.  Just wondering if there is a way to edit w/f settings outside of designer that might be faster ?

For example right now I'm going thru each of about 20 Input tools which read Excel files.  I'm setting Record Limit to 1000 on each tool.  There's a kind of painful delay as I click the next tool.  And of course at some point I'll want to clear the Record Limit on each tool...

Have also tried ctrl-click to select multiple tools but changes do not seem to stick, you have to do it one-by-one.

Hi @ChillEDog,

Instead of going workflow per workflow, you can limit to 1000 records for ALL input tools in one step.

Go to the Workflow properties, Runtime Tab and there you'll find the option.
