Failed to setup a connection to sharepoint excel files

I downloaded the SharePoint input tool under the connectors but have failed to setup a connection.

my SharePoint input tool is version 25.1

IT seems from research i could need 

OAuth2 with Microsoft Account (O365 login). How else can i be guided please.

Could you also share your version of the sharepoint tool? That would be helpfule to investgate as well

The Designer version is 2024.2.1.94

@rebecca1namubiru Looking at the marketplace I can't see a version 25.1 of the SharePoint input tool

hmm can you try another auth method?

Maybe it's also worth checking if there is any policy preventing you from connecting to SharePoint?
