Failed to retrieve the data connections from the gallery

Dear All 

I would like to ask you if you know what can be the problem. 

For sure I'm added into the shared data connectors in Alteryx Gallery (I also remember that it was working in the past), but now I have:

"Failed to retrieve the data connections from the gallery" for all the past connectors. Also I'm not able to see the new data connector which for sure was shared with me. 

Do you have any idea where can be the issue? I'm not the admin.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like there is anything obvious which is causing just you to see the errors in the connection from Gallery.

What I would suggest in this instance is to reach out to the Support Team directly who will be able to go in more detail to your problem. I would suggest including the admin of your Server in that email as it's likely you will need their support when performing further troubleshooting.

Was working through the same Issue with a colleague. Try and add the Gallery again as this just worked for us.

I recently experienced this issue and after reaching out to the support team, the solution for me was to uninstall Designer (and any related files / older instances of it) from my local machine using this link: 

https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Complete-Uninstall-of-Alteryx-Designer-1583461464200. After no trace of Designer could be found, I did a fresh installation of Designer 2024.1 and the problem was gone!
