Fail to install Alteryx Designer Desktop

I am having a big problem on installing Alteryx Designer Desktop on my Windows computer. 

After clicking the setup exe file, Windows pop up a window and I clicked yes to allow the exe to run. But after that, nothing happened!

I tried different versions of installation files but all failed. All of the installation files are downloaded from Alteryx's official site by providing license first!

The computer is my personal new PC with windows 11 activated. So far, only Alteryx can not be installed. I didn't have any trouble to install other softwares.

Did any of you have the same problem and know how to fix this?

It's really urgent! Thanks for any help!

There are two versions of Designer.   There is one that is "elevated" assuming you have admin rights to your own PC.   There is another one that assumes you are not running elevated permissions.   Make sure you have the correct version downloaded.    If you already have a license, I would assume you are getting your download from the portal, NOT just the main page.    Try this:   us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/   and go to product downloads.    Find the Designer section and choose your version.   If you can run the elevated version make sure you are right-clicking and "run as admin" to start the installer.

Also, is this a first install or have you had Alteryx already installed in the past?
