My workflow was good. I have simillar flow for an .xlsx file that works fine, but this .xlsb file seems to have an issues. Any idea how to mitigate this?

As you're trying to import XLSB Alteryx won't support it out of the box, you may need to have an MS Access Driver installed on the Server.
