FTP Error: Access Denied to Remote Resource

I'm having trouble with my FTP connection; here's how I set it up.

The error about access denied to remote resource. That everyone can assist in solving the problem. I value your assistance.

the take a query / body option is not necessary

When I connect without using Alteryx, it is able to access, so I am certain.

can you toggle off encode url? Also - quick sanity check - we are talking FTP not SFTP -right?
