F5 no longer refreshing

Hi,

I've been using Designer for the past two years and manually refresh the metadata by pressing F5. However, this is no longer working (not aware of any changes/updates I made).

I've tried toggling on/off the "Disable Auto Configure" option in the Advanced tab in User Settings and also tried reinstalling the app but still running into the issue.

How do I get the refresh to work again?

Any chance that you have changed your key board setting and you have press FN + F5 to make it work? 😂

Nope. The workflow actually does look like it refreshes (mouse cursor is spinning as it tries to refresh) when I press F5 but then nothing updates. In the image below, the fields do not load even after refreshing. The only way I can see the fields/metadata is actually running the workflow
