Extracting text from string

Could you please advise how to extract the word in " " into separate column using RegEx or other tools:

Book - Book Store: "Science" Close gap(s) to Shelf 'Perfect Book' (Look 'Best Composite Book Cost' proxy) per book type / per action

Need to have a separate column with Science word

I have same problem but the problem is data i need from string is not constant due to manual recording of information

"0932H- SM confirmed negative for any fire after 3 minutes . SM unable to reset Fire alarm control panel . Track emergency can not be removed. LC open closed-platform and departed the train manually from Sports city P1,P2,AL ABC P2 and ABC P1.
1013H After mainetance intervenation track emergency removed and fire alarm has been reset.
Fault reported to Fault controller with the work order number- 14218
Event description-
0934H - Run 003 (T165) Departed with Delay of 266 sec from station P2 .
0957H Delay normalised at station P1."

I want to take out only "work order number"
