Extracting percentages out of string columns

I am trying to extract the percentages out of this column (COMPENSATIONAMOUNT) but they are kinda messy.

For example, this is what is in the column:

"FlashFunders shall be entitled to compensation for services equal to four percent (4%) of gross proceeds, and be entitled to reimbursement for out-of-pocket third party expenses it pays or incurs on behalf of the issuer in connection with the offering"

And I just want this:

4%

There are also percentages that are in decimal format too like 5.5% and such.

I am having trouble extracting these numbers, can anyone help me out?

I will only focus on the extracting part. 🤣
