Extracting Different Tables and Digital Signature from a PDF Document.

Question

I need to extract the highlighted sections from the document above into different tables. I also need to extract the digital signature on the first page.

I understand that it is possible to use the Computer Vision tools but I dont know how. I will appreciate any assistance.
