Extracting Date Format 1st - 7th July

I have a report where the dates have been entered in a week bracket (Friday - Thursday). I am looking to separate this out into a start date and end date column so I can match it to another data input.

Input:

1st - 7th July

8th - 14th July

15th - 21st July

Output:

StartDate  EndDate

01-07-22  07-01-22

08-07-22  14-07-22

15-07-22  21-07-22
