Extracting - Column Headers

Question

Hi All,

I'm looking for some help with the Designer workflow in extracting the column headers from an excel sheet which has got more that 60 tabs in one single excel file.

I've attached the Sample File with two tabs and I'm looking for a two expected Outputs all details as below.

I hope I did not get you wrong.
Basically we can use Transpose, And Summarize Tool then the last Dynamic Rename to change the null to 'N/A'.

Sorry just to add the above is just a sample and  the sheets will have different column header and the number of columns will differ in all the tabs.
