Extract specific information from SFTP output file

Hi team,

 

Attached is the sample file that I am extracting using download tool. I am getting the entire information in DownloadData column (Sample.txt file).

I want to extract only specific information into multiple lines. This is included in Output.txt file attached.

 

How can I accomplish this using regex or any other tool?

 

Please help. Thanks in advance
