Extract multi values from a cell and convert it into separate records

I have a dataset that originated in an Excel workbook which stores multiple values inside some of the cells. I am trying to extract them so they would appear on their own separate row but it has proven to be a big challenge. I have attached a copy of the workflow that I attempted to use.

Any help on this challenge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We can use the Transpose tool the bring the target columns to vertical then use the Text to Column tool with delimeter "\n" meaning newline.
