Exporting to Excel with Render tool, format + repair issue

Hi,

I am using a render tool to export my data to excel and email it.

Issue # 1

However the attachment in the email has an issue with repaired files -  We found a problem with some content in (FileName). Do you want us to recover as much as we can? 

Can this be fixed?

the format of my tab is messed up for one of them. The other 2 work fine.  See attached photo.

How can this be fixed?
