Export .xlsx file with no records

I would like my workflow to export an excel file with all outlined field headers even if there are no records found during the period run. 

Any help? Thanks!

there shouldn't be any difference. I just tried it.

"Workflow" attached. Just try it yourself.

Do a count records and union to the dataset. This way there will always be at least 1 row of data to write to the file
