Excel output file - I can't edit because it outputs in a read-only mode

Hi everyone,

I need help to understand why some modules output excel files in a read-only mode. It happens with some of the modules only, and I couldn't find a pattern regarding the type of excel (some are macro-enabled, others are only xlsx, others are legacy).
I often need to edit these files after they are output, and I can't.
And it's not just me; other people that try to open it (but didn't run the module) are getting the same error.
Does someone have a hint of what I can do?
